Meet the Owner: Kristi Conrad

Hi! I'm Kristi Conrad, and I'm the owner of Centennial Painters. My husband, Eric, and I run our small family owned painting business together.

I was raised in the Denver area, as the daughter of a real estate broker, and I love houses! After obtaining my degree in business marketing at Colorado State University, I worked in marketing and real estate.

As a real estate agent, I loved meeting sellers and learning about their homes – we looked at the improvements they had made and the things they could do to make their home more appealing to buyers.

On the flip side, I learned what buyers are looking for in a home. And this led me to launching a house painting business.

Painting is one of the most cost effective and impactful upgrades you can make in your home. Updated colors changes the feel of the interior. When your exterior is beautifully painted, it improves curb appeal and increases the sales price.

Home truly is where the heart is, as they say, and I love to help homeowners achieve a personal sanctuary they love!

Meet the Co-Owner and Project Manager: Eric Conrad

Hello, I’m Eric Conrad. I have lived in the South Denver area for 40 years.

I love Colorado and have chosen to make the South Metro my home. We have parks, the mountains, biking, fishing, and the draw of our local neighborhoods. It’s the neighborhoods we choose to live in and around that reflect ourselves and our identity.

Whether it’s our homes, commercial venues, or the public spaces in the community, we choose and yearn to spend time in our favorite places. We want those spaces to show off our own flair for life – to showcase to the world our own bit of self and to add our own touches to neighborhood charm.
